Complaints rolling in about the Google Nexus One
This smart phone has been anticipated for a few weeks. This phone made a lot of customers very unhappy. Some problems that the phone had were that it had problems with the touchscreen, spotty 3G connectivity, high termination fee, and poor customer support. This phone will retail for $180 with a 2-year contract with T-Mobile. An unlocked version of the Nexus One is available $530. If you give up on the contract Google will charges you a $350 "equipment recovery fee" within 120 days. Including all the charges Nexus One customers who want to bail early will end up paying $550. After 120 days the recover equipment fee will no longer apply. The T-Mobile early termination fee is seperate and handeld by T-Mobile.
